This blog is intended to provide a forum for sharing a vision of a society and an economy in which all can prosper, a society structured to reward effort and to support itself by taxing only that which individuals do not create.

There is a wide variety of things which fit that category, and we could derive significant revenue from each of them, if only we chose to do so. And collecting that revenue would be both a fiscal reform and a social reform, with, as best I can tell, very few undesirable effects and many highly desirable ones.

Why "LVTfan?" Land Value Taxation is the only tax I can think of that deserves a fan club!
